Cooking Health Salad:
Step 1: prepare the cabbage.
Choose only fresh, juicy, green, and white cabbage leaves for cooking. Inspect them; there should be no dark spots on them.
Rinse the cabbage and brush off excess moisture. Place the prepared ingredients on a cutting board and, pressing it with your hand, cut the leaves with very thin stripes.
Step 2: prepare the apples.
Rinse apples thoroughly with warm water. Then, if desired, you can peel the fruit by peeling it off, or leave it that way. In any case, twigs and seeds with cores must be removed from them.
Prepared and peeled apples, cut into thin strips. Then be sure to squeeze the juice of half a lemon on them. This will prevent the pieces of fruit from darkening, leaving them white and mouth-watering.
Step 3: prepare petiole celery.
Rinse celery and cut into thin slices. And those who do not really like the taste of this product can grind it very much, crushing it into small squares.
Step 4: prepare the dill greens.
Rinse dill with warm water, shake and cut into small pieces with a knife and scissors.
Step 5: mix the ingredients.
We start mixing with cabbage. Put it in a salad bowl, sprinkle with sugar and salt a little. Squeeze, remember her hands, so that the leaves give juice. Then add the remaining ingredients, including sprinkle with chopped dill. Stir, still salt to taste, if necessary, and season with vegetable oil.
Leave the mixed salad at room temperature for 15-20 minutes, then proceed to serve it on the table. However, if you are in a hurry, then it is not necessary to insist on a dish.
Step 6: serve the salad.
Serve "Health" salad for breakfast, because it is hearty and very light, so you will be energized and not hungry until lunch. But you can also offer this dish as a side dish to meat, fish dishes or take it with you to nature. And remember that the main thing in this salad is not that it is incredibly tasty, but that it nourishes your body with vitamins, in particular, it is rich in vitamin C, which we especially need in spring and autumn.
