Salad "Florence"


Ingredients for making salad "Florence"

  1. Ham (can be replaced with smoked sausage) 200 grams
  2. Hard cheese (Russian, Dutch) 200 grams
  3. Fresh cucumber 1 piece
  4. Eggs 2 pieces
  5. Korean carrot 100 grams
  6. Mayonnaise 200 grams

Inventory:

Cooking salad "Florence":

Step 1: prepare the eggs.


Hard-boiled chicken eggs. To do this, put them in a saucepan, fill with water and cook 10-14 minutes after boiling. And to make boiled eggs easier to peel, immediately after cooking, dip them in ice water and keep them there until they cool completely.
Peel and crush boiled eggs into small cubes.

Step 2: prepare the ham.


Peel the ham (or smoked sausage, which is what anyone likes best or whatever comes to hand) and cut into cubes or a thin straw.

Step 3: prepare the cheese.


Grind a piece of cheese with a medium or fine grater. And so that things go faster, moisten the grater with cool water, then the cheese will stick to it less and therefore it will be much easier for you.

Step 4: prepare the cucumber.


Rinse the cucumber, cut off the ends and be sure to check if the peel is bitter. You may need to peel the vegetable completely or partially.
Cut the prepared cucumber into strips or cubes.

Step 5: prepare the carrots in Korean.


You can buy Korean carrots in the store, or you can take the one that you prepared for the winter according to this recipe. Such a carrot is already sliced, so just brush it off the excess liquid and add to the salad.

Step 6: collect the salad.


Stack salad "Florence" will be layers. I’ll note right away that I don’t salt this salad, as there are several rather salty ingredients here: ham, mayonnaise, cheese and carrots in Korean. But this is a matter of taste, because someone loves more salt, someone less, so decide for yourself. But distracted.
Lay the ham in the first layer, pouring it over with mayonnaise, then grease the eggs again with mayonnaise, cucumber, mayonnaise, Korean carrots, mayonnaise and grated cheese on top. Lubricate the top layer with mayonnaise. That's it, the Florence salad is ready, and it can be served on the table.

Step 7: serve the salad.


Salad "Florence" will not impress you with its unique and original taste or something like that, no, on the contrary, its charm is that it tastes absolutely homely, hearty, but at the same time tender and with its own zest. Feel free to serve it both on the ordinary and on the festive table.
