Cooking salmon with cheese and vegetables:
Step 1: prepare the butter.
We spread the butter on a chopping board and chop it into pieces with a knife. Finely chopped component is transferred to a clean saucer and set aside to reach room temperature.

Step 4: prepare the basil.
We wash the basil under running water, shake off excess liquid and put it on a cutting board. Finely chop the greens with a knife and pour it into a free deep bowl.
Step 5: prepare the dressing for the dish.
Add finely chopped nuts to the bowl with chopped basil, 100 milliliters olive oil, salt and ground chili. Using a tablespoon, thoroughly mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is formed. Everything, refueling is ready!
Step 6: prepare the carrots.

Step 11: prepare the cheese mixture for the fish.
In a clean deep bowl, we spread such ingredients as pieces of butter, Parmesan cheese and sprinkle bread crumbs. Using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until a homogeneous mixture is formed.
Step 12: cook salmon with cheese and vegetables.
From all sides we rub the fried pieces of salmon with a cheese mixture and spread on a baking sheet, pre-coated with food foil. Attention: the container can also be greased with a small amount of olive oil and dispense with any coating. Now turn on the oven and heat it to a temperature 160 ° C. Immediately after this, put the pan on a medium level and cook the fish until a bright golden crust appears on the surface. It will take us about 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, cook the vegetables.
Pour the remaining olive oil into the pan and put on medium heat. When the container with the contents is well heated, put all the chopped vegetables into it. Sprinkle the ingredients with thyme immediately and add finely chopped garlic. Using a wooden spatula, mix everything thoroughly until smooth and fry until golden. If desired, slightly salted vegetables. Attention: do not forget to mix all the components from time to time so that they do not burn at the base. At the end, turn off the burner, and set the pan aside.
