Ingredients for Cooking Fried Crucians with Onions

Cooking fried crucians with onions:
Step 1: Prepare the fish.
Cleaning small fish is a dubious pleasure. Therefore, choose bigger for frying, and give the rest to the cat, do not be greedy.
Clean the scales, remove the gills and entrails. If you want, the head of the fish can be cut off. Remember to rinse the crucian carp well with running cold water. Season each prepared carcass with salt and pepper, put in a plate and leave in a cool place for half an hour.

Step 2: Prepare the onion.
Peel the onion from the husk and cut into half rings or straws.
Step 3: Cook fried crucians with onions.

Fry the fish in small batches (2-4 pieces each) and transfer to a large plate, depending on the size of the pan.
Step 4: Serve the fried crucian with onion.
Serve fried crucians with onions hot. They are good as a standalone dish, as well as with potatoes (fried, boiled or mashed potatoes), a salad of fresh vegetables and herbs.
